शिवश्शक्त्यायुक्तो यदि भवति शक्तःप्रभवितुम्

नचेदेवंदेवो नखलु कुशलः स्पन्दितुमपि।

अतस्त्वामाराध्यां हरिहरविरिञ्च्यादिभिरपि

प्रणन्तुं स्तोतुं वा कथमकृतपुण्यः प्रभवति ।।

शिवः - Lord Siva

श्क्त्या- With Shakti (Divine Mother)

युक्तः - Accompanied

यदि - If

भवति- is/becomes

शक्तः- Capable of

प्रभवितुम् - To Create

न- Not

चेत्- If

एवम्- Like this

देवः- The Lord (self illuminating one)

न- Not

खलु- Indeed

कुशलः- Skilled (able)

स्पन्दितुम्- To Vibrate

अपि- Even

अतः- Therefore

त्वाम्- You

आराध्याम्- Who is being worshipped

हरिहरविरिञ्च्यादिभिः- By Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra and other Devathas

अपि- Also

प्रणन्तुम्- To prostrate

स्तोतुम्- To praise  वा- Or

कथम्- How

अकृतपुण्यः - One who doesn't do punya(meritorious actions)

प्रभवति- Be able to

Na Chedevam Devo Na Khalu Kushalah Spandithumapi I

Yadi Sivah ShaktyaaYuktah, Shaktah prabhavithum Bhavathi- If Siva is accompanied with Shakti, becomes capable of creating (the universe)

Chet Na Evam, Devah Khalu Na api kusalah spanditum - If not so, Lord is indeed not even able to vibrate (a small movement).

Athah-Therefore, 

Katham Akruthapunyah prabhavathi- How one who doesn't have any punya becomes capable?

Prananthum va Sthothum- To prostrate or even praise

Tvaam -You

Hariharavirinchyaadibhih api Aaraadhyaam- Who is even being worshipped constantly by Hari, Hara and Virinchi and others

Overall meaning:

If Siva is accompanied with Shakti, becomes capable of creating (the universe).  If not so, Lord is indeed not even able to vibrate (a small movement). Therefore,  how can anyone who doesn't have any punya become capable to prostrate or praise You, Who is even being worshipped constantly by Hari, Hara and Virinchi etc.?

న చేదేవం దేవో న ఖలు కుశలః స్పందితుమపి I

అతస్త్వామారాధ్యాం హరిహరవిరించ్యాదిభిరపి

ప్రణంతుం స్తోతుం వా కథమకృతపుణ్యః ప్రభవతి II

శివః - శివుడు

 శక్త్యా- శక్తితో

యుక్తః- కూడియున్నవాడు

యది - అయితే

భవతి- అగుచున్నాడు

శక్తః- సమర్థుడు

ప్రభవితుం- సృష్టించుటకు

న- చేత్- కానట్లయితే

ఏవం- అలా

దేవః- దేవుడు (శివుడు, స్వయం ప్రకాశకుడు)

న- కాడు

ఖలు- నిజముగా

కుశలః- నేర్పరి

స్పందితుమ్- స్పందించుటకు

అపి- కూడా

అతః- అందుచేత

త్వాం- నిన్ను

ఆరాధ్యాం- ఆరాధింపబడే

హరిహరవిరించ్యాదిభిః- హరిహరబ్రహ్మాదులచే

అపి- కూడా

ప్రణంతుం- నమస్కరించుటకు

స్తోతుం- స్తోత్రము చేయుటకు

వా- లేక

కథం- ఎలా

అకృతపుణ్యః- పుణ్యము చేయనివారు

ప్రభవతి- సమర్ధులవుతారు, ముందుకు వస్తారు?

తల్లీ! శివుడు శక్తితో కూడియున్నవాడు అయితే సృష్టించుటకు సమర్థుడు అగుచున్నాడు.

అలా కానట్లయితే దేవుడు  నిజముగా  స్పందించుటకు కూడా నేర్పరి కాడు.  అందుచేత

హరిహరబ్రహ్మాదులచే కూడా ఆరాధింపబడే నిన్ను నమస్కరించుటకు కానీ లేక  స్తోత్రము చేయుటకు కానీ పుణ్యము చేయనివారు ఎలా సమర్ధులవుతారు( ముందుకు వస్తారు) ?
